As in the 2nd Curator Challenge, there are a total of 7 paintings to be hung.

Once you have successfully repositioned the paintings (as above), you are presented with the following hidden query, another translate question:

Translate flight to Italian.

A. volo

Leave the question and answer to your puzzle in the comments section to help others.

Day 14 - Restoration Challenge 3

The Da Vinci Code Quest on Google Walkthrough Answers and Hints

Day 14 - Restoration Challenge 3

This is a fairly straight forward challenge again. There is more complexity as there are now 12 splotches on the piece of art. If worse comes to worse, simply click until all of the spots merge into one. Start from the outside and work your way in as it is possible to not solve this puzzle (it was always possible to solve in the first phase of this challenge). The only real snag is having to consider the shaded regions as well as the columns and rows... The instructions use the word 'distinct', which means that each square in each row, column and shaded region has to contain a different symbol. A little more complexity than before but you can simply reset the puzzle until you have quite a few symbols in row thereby making the next symbol that much easier to guess.

The final question is: What are 35 cubits in meters to the nearest Whole Number?

The answer is 16.

Day 6 - Geography Challenge 1

The Da Vinci Code Quest on Google Walkthrough Answers and Hints

Well to complete the puzzle you certainly don't need to know a lot about geography. In the video, we see Robert Langdon dusting off a classical symbol, one associated with a character we only see a brief glimpse of in the video. What is the name of the oft-gilded symbol?

A. FLEUR DE LIS

2. Symbols, and symmetry, can be seen in the most unlikely of places. One such example is the position of the body at the crime scene, which resembles a drawing also depicted on the obverse of the Italian one-euro coin. What is the name of that famous Leonardo Da Vinci drawing?

A. THE VITRUVIAN MAN

3. One of the most iconic symbols of the movie is the cryptex, a small cylinder of stacked marble disks, embossed with letters and sealed with brass caps at either end. The twenty-six letters allow for almost twelve million possible password combinations = 11,881,376; to be exact.
